We enjoyed a visit from one of our community neighbors, St. Mary Catholic School preschool! During Lent, students at St Mary’s are learning about being of service to others and how to put that into action. Preschool students in Mrs. Hyland and Mrs. Ross’ PreK 4 classes collected tissues, bags, and other items to donate to the Little Sisters. Their visit allowed them to deliver the donation and see first-hand the kindness and care provided to the neediest elderly in our community. The students enjoyed a fun day of meeting the Sisters, visiting with Residents, learning about the religious statues around the Home, having a relaxing picnic, and enjoying a beautiful day of service!
